
Bio
Charlee Ray Price is a Brooklyn, NY based Film Composer. She recently completed her first Independent Feature Film, Citizen Khan, with filmmaker Yoko Higuchi/Resistance Films. She has also composed music for three Animation Film Shorts where she collaborated with film makers from Pratt Institute.
Charlee got her start in music studying guitar and piano at an early age. She instantly developed a love for music and quickly began developing her own writing style as a singer songwriter. Charlee has performed her songs onstage in many venues in South Carolina as well as New York where she currently resides.
Charlee continued her music education, earning her undergraduate degree in Music Education at Queens College, Aaron Copland School of Music. She is currently in her final year at Feirstein Graduate School of Cinema where she studies Media Scoring for Film and TV.
Charlee has expanded her writing capabilities to include composing and recording music in different genres including Orchestral, Horror, Dramedy, and Percussion music. She enjoys recording live in the studio whenever she gets the chance. Charlee is currently working on recording her album as singer/songwriter and is excited about future opportunities composing Music for Film and TV.
